Bookings & Payments

To secure your stay, the following payments are required:

• Deposit: 50% of the total booking cost (non-refundable) at the time of booking.

• Balance: Remaining 50% due at least 14 days before check-in.

Cancellations

• The 50% deposit is non-refundable.

• The remaining 50% balance is refundable only if cancelled more than 14 days before check-in.

We recommend arranging travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes.
